Title: Structural Consultant of NASSA Diamond
Description:The Nassa Diamond is a thirteen storied office building, situated at the coalesced area of Gulshan, in the midst of concrete urban fabric on a linear site. The sculptural glass form derived has been perceived out of a box. The concept of vertical green has been utilized in terraces to sedate the work environment from the intense west sun light and mollify the effect of surrounding concrete jungle. The form created has multiple heights of terrace shading encompassing capacious volumes of space, framing vistas, which with the daylight and green acquire a delightful ambience of indoor outdoor relationship. This design phenomenon serves as a void of urban relief in the compact urban texture and provides breathing space for the pedestrians.
